1. LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP Presale

  1. What is the LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP Presale?
    • The LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP Presale is a ticket presale period specialized for LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP(GLOBAL) HOLDERS.
  2. Who can join the LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP Presale?
    • Only LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP(GLOBAL) HOLDERS who have registered their membership at WEVERSE for the Presale of the 2025 &TEAM CONCERT TOUR ‘AWAKEN THE BLOODLINE’ IN JAKARTA.
  3. How to join the LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP Presale?
    • Please head to bit.ly/andteaminjkt2025 for details regarding how to participate in the Presale.
    • Please note that March 13th – 17th 2025 is only for the WEVERSE registration in which you can register your LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP(GLOBAL) for the LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP Presale.
    • This period is not the actual ticket sales period.
  4. After registering through WEVERSE, what should I do?
    • LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP Presale will be taking place via Mecimapro Ticketbox (not through WEVERSE).
  5. When will the ticket sales for LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP start?
    • LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP PRESALE starts on March 21st 2025 at 2PM – 6PM WIB.
  6. Will there be another chance to purchase the ticket other than during the LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP period?
    • Ticket sales will also be opened for MCP Member and General Sales via Mecimapro Ticketbox
  7. Which code can I use for the LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP Presale?
    • The LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP Presale code is your LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP(GL) code that consists of the letter AL followed by 9 digit numbers. Example: AL123456789.
  8. What if the Presale Code can’t be used?
    • Make sure to input your registered LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP(GL) NUMBER as the Presale Code.
    • Make sure you don’t share your Presale Code with anyone else.
    • Make sure your LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP(GL) NUMBER is correct (pay attention to the capitalization, numbers, and spacing).
  9. Is the name used in the booking form when purchasing on Mecimapro Ticketbox have to be the same as the name registered on WEVERSE? 
    • It does not have to be exactly the same. If the customer’s name only has 1 (one) word, you can repeat that name to fill in the last name field.
  10. Do I have to use a different name for each ticket? Example: I bought 2 (two) tickets, do they have to be under the same names?
    • No need to be the same, just use the LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP(GL) holder’s name. During the ticket redemption (if any), you can show the name of the ticket purchaser only (the owner of the LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP(GL) account).
    • Specifically for the ticket with benefit (PINK SOUNDCHECK PACKAGE) ticket categories, it is a must to input the name of the LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP(GL) owner. This ticket can only be used together with the ticket owner (name written on the ticket order).
  11. If I enter the wrong ID Card Number, is it necessary to use a power of attorney when I go to the location?
    • No need, just show your valid ID when redeeming the tickets.
  12. Can I transfer the tickets that I have purchased (example: bought under my name but used by my friend)?
    • No, you cannot. Especially for the ticket with benefit (PINK SOUNDCHECK PACKAGE), ticket can only be used together with the LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP(GL) holder.
  13. If the phone number registered on Mecimapro Ticketbox is not the same as the one registered on WEVERSE, can I still purchase Presale tickets on Mecimapro Ticketbox?
    • Yes, you can.
  14. Is there an age limit? If I am under 17 years old and do not have an ID card (KTP), what are the conditions?
    • There is no age limit.
  15. If the email registered on Mecimapro Ticketbox is not the same as the one registered on WEVERSE, will there be a booking problem?
    • No, as long as the personal data (based on your valid ID Card/KTP) used for the ticket purchase is the same as the personal data registered on WEVERSE.

1A. Terms and Conditions for the LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP Presale

  1. 1 (one) Presale Code is valid for 1 (one) account.
  2. 1 (one) Presale Code can be used to purchase at maximum 2 (two) tickets and in the same category
  3. 1 (one) Presale Code is valid for only 1 (one) transaction (one-time purchase). If you have used your Presale Code, the code will no longer be valid. 
  4. All Presale codes are only valid on 21st March 2025 (2PM – 6PM) and will automatically expire after that period.

1B. If I have both a LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP(GL) and MCP MEMBERSHIP 2025 account

  1. If I have both LUNE MEMBERSHIP(GL) and MCP MEMBERSHIP 2025, can I buy tickets during the LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP Presale period and the MCP MEMBER Presale period?
    • You are allowed to purchase tickets in both ticket sales periods. However, specifically for the ticket category with benefits (PINK SOUNDCHECK PACKAGE), you can only make the purchase during one of the ticket sales periods. ID and face checking will be carried out at the time of the lanyard exchange/entry queue.

2. MCP MEMBERSHIP 2025 Presale

  1. What is the MCP Member Presale?
    • MCP Member Presale is an early ticket sales period specifically for MCP MEMBERSHIP 2025 members via a dedicated order link.
  2. Who can join the MCP Member Presale?
    • Registered MCP MEMBERSHIP 2025 members.
  3. After registering through MCP MEMBERSHIP, what should I do?
    • Presale ticket sales will take place via the MCP MEMBER TICKETING LINK that will be sent to the MCP Member’s email before the presale begins.
  4. Which code can I use for the MCP MEMBERSHIP 2025 Presale?
    • The MCP MEMBERSHIP 2025 code is your Member Presale Number. Example: MCP25-1XXXXX (numbers may vary). Please make sure to input your MCP Membership 2025 number correctly as stated on the PDF file that you received along with the confirmation of your MCP MEMBERSHIP 2025 registration. 
  5. Will there be another chance to purchase the ticket other than during the MCP Member Presale?
    • Yes, there will be a General Sales period via Mecimapro Ticketbox.
  6. Any specific requirements for PINK SOUNDCHECK PACKAGE ticket purchase?
    • It is a must to input the name of the MCP MEMBERSHIP 2025 owner for every ticket purchase via MCP Membership 2025. The ticket and its benefit can only be used by the ticket owner (name registered at MCP MEMBERSHIP 2025).
    • The promoter reserves the right to deny your ticket redemption (if any) and cancel your ticket order if any data discrepancies are found.
  7. When will the ticket sales for MCP Member start?
    • MCP Member Presale will be on March 21st 2025 at 3PM – 6PM WIB.
  8. If I entered the wrong NIK (ID Card / KTP number), is it necessary to use a power of attorney when I redeem my ticket?
    • No need, just show your valid original ID card when redeeming the tickets.
  9. Can I transfer the tickets that I have purchased (example: bought under my name but used by my friend)?
    • Tickets are non-transferable, especially for the PINK SOUNDCHECK PACKAGE category (must be used by MCP MEMBERSHIP 2025 owner).
  10. Is there an age limit? If I am under 17 years old and do not have an ID card (KTP), what are the conditions?
    • There is no age limit. If you are under 17 years old, please bring any form of identification such as a student card, official identity card, or passport.
  11. If I have MCP MEMBERSHIP 2025, can I buy more than 1 (one) ticket during the Presale period?
    • You are allowed to purchase 1 (one) ticket. Make sure you use your name registered with MCP MEMBERSHIP 2025 when making a purchase.
    • ID checking will be carried out when exchanging tickets (if any).

2A. Terms and Conditions for the MCP MEMBERSHIP 2025 ticket purchase

  1. 1 (one) MCP Membership 2025 is allowed to purchase a maximum of 1 (one) ticket.
  2. The MCP Member Presale purchase is only on March 21st 2025 (3PM – 6PM).

2B. If I have both MCP MEMBERSHIP 2025 and LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP(GL) accounts

  1. If I have both MCP MEMBERSHIP 2025 and LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP(GL), can I purchase tickets during the MCP Member Presale period and the LUNE MEMBERSHIP Presale ticket sales period?
    • You are allowed to purchase tickets during both ticket sales periods. However, for ticket categories with benefits (PINK SOUNDCHECK PACKAGE), you are only allowed to purchase during one of the sales periods. ID and facial checks will be conducted during the lanyard exchange/entrance queue.

3. General Sales

  1. When will the ticket sales via Mecimapro Ticketbox start?
    • The ticket sales via Mecimapro Ticketbox will start on March 21st 2025 at 6PM.
  2. What types of ticket categories are available on General Sales?
    • All ticket categories are available, excluding PINK SOUNDCHECK PACKAGE*. (*PINK SOUNDCHECK Package may be available during the general sales if LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP PRESALE or MCP MEMBER PRESALE quota remains.)
  3. For purchase via Mecimapro Ticketbox, how many tickets can 1 (one) account purchase?
    • You can buy 4 (four) tickets on 1 (one) Mecimapro Ticketbox account.
  4. What payment method can be used?
    • Mecimapro Ticketbox provides many payment platforms to make it easier for you to make transactions, including: Credit Card & Debit Card, ATM, Online Transfer, Virtual Account, and more.
  5. Can I refund my ticket?
    • The event ticket that you bought is non-refundable. If there are special conditions such as the event being cancelled, further information will be provided accordingly.
  6. Can I change the type of the ticket?
    • Unfortunately changing the type of ticket category into another type and changing the ticket’s order name into another name are not permitted. Please check carefully when choosing the type of ticket category in your order.
  7. When is the ticket redemption schedule?
    • Information regarding physical ticket redemption (if any) will be informed on a later date via Mecimapro’s social media accounts.

4. Additional Information on Tickets with Benefits

  1. If there is a meal box or snack box benefit on my ticket package, how can I redeem the benefit?
    • You are required to do a check-in after the ticket scan at the venue. You will receive a voucher which you will need to present to redeem your meal box or snack box.

5. Information regarding Seating Number

  1. For tickets purchased via MCP Membership and LUNÉ Membership, your Seat Number will be given via email at the latest 7 (seven) days before the show day. 
  2. Please make sure you use a valid and active email when purchasing your tickets.
