  1. What is the MCP Member Presale?
    • MCP Member Presale is an early ticket sales period specifically for MCP MEMBER 2025 via order link.
  2. Who can join the MCP Member Presale?
    • Registered MCP MEMBER 2025 members.
  3. After registering at MCP MEMBERSHIP 2025, what should I do?
    • Presale ticket sales will take place via the MCP MEMBER TICKETING LINK. On the day of the MCP Member Presale, registered MCP Member 2025 will receive an email containing the ticketing link and instruction on how to order the ticket. Please make sure the email you registered for your MCP Membership 2025 is active and valid. Please also check your spam / junk folder if you have not yet received any email from us. Please keep the ticketing link confidential and do not spread it publicly.
  4. Which code can I use for the MCP MEMBERSHIP 2025 Presale?
    • The MCP MEMBERSHIP 2025 code is your Membership Number. Example: MCP25-1XXXXX (numbers may vary). Please make sure to input your MCP Membership 2025 number correctly as stated on the PDF file that you received along with the confirmation of your MCP MEMBERSHIP 2025 registration. 
  5. Will there be another chance to purchase the ticket other than during the MCP Member Presale?
    • Yes, there will be a General Sales period via tiket.com and Mecimashop.com.
  6. Any specific requirements for PINK SOUNDCHECK PACKAGE & ORANGE SOUNDCHECK PACKAGE ticket purchase?
    • It is a must to input the name of the MCP MEMBER 2025 owner for every ticket purchase via MCP Member 2025. The ticket and its benefit can only be used by the ticket owner (and the name registered during the ticket purchase).
    • The promoter reserves the right to refuse ticket exchanges and cancel your order if there is any data mismatch, without the obligation to provide a refund.
  7. When will the ticket sales for MCP Members start?
    • Ticket sales for MCP Member start on January 6th 2025 at 1PM – 9PM WIB.
  8. Do I need to use an authorization letter for the ticket redemption if I have entered the wrong NIK (ID card) number?
    • No need, just show your valid original ID card when redeeming the tickets.
  9. Can I transfer the tickets that I have purchased (example: I bought the ticket(s) under my name but will used by my friend)?
    • Tickets are non-transferable, especially for the PINK SOUNDCHECK PACKAGE & ORANGE SOUNDCHECK PACKAGE category (must be used by the registered MCP Membership 2025 owner. If you purchased 2 (two) tickets, the registered MCP Member 2025 must come along).
  10. Is there an age restriction for purchasing tickets? If I am under 17 and do not have an ID card, what are the requirements?
    • There is no age restriction for purchasing tickets. However, for comfort and safety reasons, tickets for Tier 3 can only be purchased by attendees over the age of 15 or those accompanied by an adult. We also recommend that parents consider their comfort and safety as Tier 3 is located at a considerable height.
  11. If I have an MCP MEMBERSHIP 2025, can I buy more than 1 (one) ticket during the Presale period?
    • You are allowed to purchase 2 (two) tickets. Make sure you input your name as registered in the  MCP MEMBERSHIP 2025 when making the ticket purchase.
    • ID check will be carried out during the ticket redemption.
  12. Do the tickets need to be under different names? For example, if I purchase 2 (two) tickets, do they need to be under different names?
    • It is a requirement to use the MCP MEMBERSHIP 2025 owner’s name when purchasing tickets via MCP MEMBER PRESALE. During ticket redemption, you need to show the ID of the Membership holder.
    • For ticket categories with BENEFITS (PINK SOUNDCHECK PACKAGE & ORANGE SOUNDCHECK PACKAGE), this category can only be redeemed and used by the ticket holder (the name(s) listed on the ticket order).

Terms and Conditions for the MCP MEMBERSHIP 2025 ticket purchase

  • 1 (one) MCP Membership 2025 is allowed to purchase a maximum of 2 (two) tickets.
  • The MCP Member Presale purchase is only valid on January 6th 2025 (while stock lasts).

2. General Sales

  1. When will the ticket sales via Mecimashop & tiket.com start?
    • The ticket sales via Mecimashop & tiket.com will start on January 7th 2025 at 1PM.
  2. What types of ticket categories are available on General Sales?
    • All ticket categories are available.
  3. For purchase via Mecimashop & tiket.com, how many tickets can 1 (one) account purchase?
    • You can purchase up to 4 (four) tickets on 1 (one) tiket.com and Mecimashop account, for all categories except those with soundcheck benefits.
    • Specifically for categories with soundcheck benefits, you can purchase up to 2 (two) tickets on 1 (one) tiket.com and Mecimashop account. Example : 2 SOUNDCHECK category tickets + 2 YELLOW category tickets.
  4. What payment method can be used?
  5.  Is it possible to request a refund?
    • The event ticket that you bought is non-refundable. If there are special conditions such as the event being cancelled, then you will get a notification from tiket.com and Mecimashop for further information regarding the refund procedure.
  6. Can I change the type of the ticket?
    • Unfortunately changing the type of ticket category into another type, rescheduling, and changing the ticket’s order name into another name are not permitted. Please check carefully when choosing the type of ticket category in your order.
  7. What is the procedure if I am unable to attend to redeem my tickets?
    • If you are unable to attend to exchange the ticket you have booked, please note that the ticket exchange will be subject to the event organizer’s policy, which will be provided later. Please check the terms and conditions of the concert ticket you have purchased.
  8. When is the ticket redemption schedule?
    • Ticket redemption schedule will be announced on Mecimapro’s social media.

3. Additional Information on Tickets with Benefits

  1. If I purchased 2 (two) tickets, and the Order Number won a lucky draw of either Signed Poster, Signed Polaroid, or Send-off Pass, how many prizes will I be able to receive?
    • 1 (one) Order Number will only receive 1 (one) prize. The prize can only be redeemed by the ticket owner as written on the ticket order.
  2. If there is a meal box or snack box or merchandise benefit on my ticket package, how can I redeem the benefit?
    • You are required to do a check-in after the ticket scan at the venue. You will receive a voucher which you will need to present to redeem your meal box or snack box. You cannot redeem the aforementioned benefits without passing the check-in procedure

4. Information regarding Seating Number

  1. For tickets purchased via MCP Membership and Tiket.com, your Seat Number will be given via email at the latest 7 (seven) days before the show day. 
  2. For tickets purchased via Mecimashop.com, your Seat Number will be given when you redeem your tickets.
  3. Please make sure you use a valid and active email when purchasing your tickets.
