- The MCP Member Presale is a ticket presale period specialized for MCP Member 2022.
- Who can join the MCP Member Presale?
- Only MCP Members who are registered to MCP Membership 2022.

- If you would like to join the Stray Kids #MANIACinJKT MCP Member Presale, please submit your registration at the latest Saturday, October 1st 2022 (8PM WIB).
- After registering through MCP Membership, what should I do?

- MCP Member Presale will be taking place via Tiket.com.
- Will there be another chance to purchase the ticket other than during the MCP Member Presale?
- General sales will also be done through Mecimashop.com and Tiket.com. Each ticketing outlets will have its own ticket quota.
- What if I have not received the unique code for the MCP MEMBER PRESALE?
- Please contact the tiket.com customer service team (cs@tiket.com) and provide the email you registered on MCP Membership and your MCP Member Number so tiket.com can resend the unique code. Please contact tiket.com no later than October 4, 2022, at 1PM WIB.
- What if the code can’t be used?
- Make sure the code you enter is the same as the one we sent.
- Make sure you don’t share your unique code with anyone else.
- Is the name used in the booking form when purchasing on tiket.com have to be the same as the name registered on MCP Member?
- It doesn’t have to be exactly the same. If the customer’s name only has 1 word, you can repeat that name to fill in the last name field.
- The promoter and tiket.com reserve the right to deny your ticket redemption and cancel your ticket order if any data discrepancies are found.
- Any specific requirements for PINK SOUNDCHECK PACKAGE ticket purchase?
- Specifically for PINK SOUNDCHECK PACKAGE, it is a must to input the name of the MCP Membership 2022 owner. The ticket and its benefit can only be redeemed by the ticket owner (name registered at MCP Membership 2022).
- The promoter and tiket.com reserve the right to deny your ticket redemption and cancel your ticket order if any data discrepancies are found.
- If I enter the wrong NIK (ID Card / KTP number), is it necessary to use a power of attorney when I go to the location?
- No need, just show your valid original ID card when redeeming the tickets.
- Can I transfer the tickets that I have purchased (example: bought under my name but used by my friend)?
- Tickets are non-transferable especially for the PINK SOUNDCHECK category (must be redeemed by the MCP Membership 2022 owner).
- If the audience is required to have received the booster vaccine, do those who have just received the second vaccine have to bring a negative antigen test result?
- Following government regulations, audiences aged 18 years and over must have received the booster vaccines. Meanwhile, audiences under the age of 18 must have been vaccinated twice (2 times). This provision cannot be replaced by a negative antigen test result. Please refer to: bit.ly/maniacinjkt_tnc for more information regarding the event’s policy.
- If the phone number registered on tiket.com is not the same as the one registered on MCP Membership 2022, can I still purchase PRESALE tickets on tiket.com?
- Yes, you can.
- Is there an age limit? If I am under 17 years old and do not have an ID card (KTP), what are the conditions?
- There is no age limit. However, you must comply with the vaccination policy. We recommend that underage viewers be accompanied by an adult.
Purchase Terms and Conditions:
- 1 (one) Unique Code is valid for 1 (one) account. 1 account can buy Day 1 and Day 2 ticket (maximum 1 ticket each) using the same unique code. You can buy Day 1 and Day 2 tickets on different transactions. Please note that the number of tickets cannot be combined (e.g. buy 2 Day 1 tickets and not buy Day 2 tickets at all).
- Once the unique code is used to purchase Day 1 ticket, it cannot be used to purchase Day 1 ticket again. However, it can still be used to buy Day 2 ticket. This condition also applies in vice versa.
- You are not required to purchase the same ticket category on both show days. Example:
- Day 1: 1 Pink category ticket
- Day 2: 1 Blue category ticket (does not have to be the same as Day 1 ticket category)
- All unique codes are only valid on October 5 – 6 2022 (while quota lasts) and will automatically expire after that period.
- The ticket categories that you can order are those marked with “MCP MEMBER PRESALE only”. Please do not book any other ticket categories other than those already marked.

TICKET PURCHASE
- If I have an MCP Membership, am I allowed to make a purchase during General Sales?
- You are allowed to make a purchase on both ticket sales period. Specifically for PINK SOUNDCHECK PACKAGE ticket category, can only be purchased during MCP Member Presale period.
- ID check will be conducted during ticket redemption.
- If I have purchased the PINK SOUNDCHECK PACKAGE ticket for Show Day 1, am I allowed to purchase the PINK SOUNDCHECK PACKAGE ticket for Show Day 2?
- It is allowed.
