  1. What is the FANCLUB PRESALES?
    • The FANCLUB PRESALES is a ticket presale period specialized for TREASURE Official Fanclub members.
  2. Who can join the FANCLUB PRESALES?
    • Only TREASURE Official Fanclub members who have registered their membership at Weverse for the FANCLUB PRESALES.
  3. How to join the FANCLUB PRESALES?

    • Please note that the period of January 10-12 is only for the Weverse registration in which you can register your TREASURE Official Fanclub membership for the FANCLUB PRESALES. 
    • This period is not the actual ticket sales period. Information regarding ticket sales will be announced on a later date.
  4. After registering through Weverse, what should I do?

    • FANCLUB PRESALES will be taking place via Tiket.com (not through Weverse).
  5. Will there be another chance to purchase the ticket other than during the FANCLUB PRESALES period?
    • Ticket sales will also be opened for MCP Member and General Sales via Tiket.com and Mecimashop.com. Each ticketing outlet will have its own ticket quota.
  6. What if the Presale Code can’t be used?
    • Make sure to input your registered TREASURE MAKER MEMBERSHIP NUMBER as the Presale Code.
    • Make sure you don’t share your Presale Code with anyone else.
    • Make sure your Membership Number is correct (pay attention to the capitalization, numbers, and spacing).
  7. Is the name used in the booking form when purchasing on tiket.com have to be the same as the name registered on Weverse? 
    • It doesn’t have to be exactly the same. If the customer’s name only has 1 word, you can repeat that name to fill in the last name field.
  8. Do I have to use a different name for each ticket? Example: I bought 2 tickets, do they have to be under names? 
    • No need, just use the TREASURE MAKER Membership owner’s name. During ticket redemption, it is enough to show the identity card of the 1 person.
    • Specifically for BENEFIT PACKAGES ticket categories, it is a must to input the name of the TREASURE Official Fanclub membership owner (TREASURE MAKER Membership owner). This ticket can only be redeemed by the ticket owner (name written on the ticket order).
  9. If I enter the wrong NIK (ID Card / KTP number), is it necessary to use a power of attorney when I go to the location?? 
    • No need, just show your valid ID when redeeming the tickets.
  10. Can I transfer the tickets that I have purchased (example: bought under my name but used by my friend)?
    • No, you cannot.
    • Especially for the BENEFIT PACKAGES ticket categories (must be redeemed by the TREASURE MAKER Membership owner).
  11. If the audience is required to have received the booster vaccine, do those who have just received the second vaccine have to bring a negative antigen test result?
    • Following government regulations, audiences aged 18 years and over must have received the booster vaccines. Meanwhile, audiences under the age of 18 must have been vaccinated 2x. This provision cannot be replaced by a negative antigen test result. Please refer to: bit.ly/treasurehellojkt for more information regarding the event’s policy.
  12. If the phone number registered on tiket.com is not the same as the one registered on Weverse, can I still purchase PRESALE tickets on tiket.com?
    • Yes, you can. 
  13. Is there an age limit? If I am under 17 years old and do not have an ID card (KTP), what are the conditions?
    • There is no age limit. However, you must comply with the vaccination policy. We recommend that underage viewers be accompanied by an adult.
  14. If the email registered on tiket.com is not the same as the one registered on Weverse, will there be a booking problem? 
    • No, as long as the personal data (based on your valid ID Card/KTP) used for the ticket purchase is the same as the personal data registered on Weverse.

Purchase Terms and Conditions:

  • 1 (one) Presale Code is valid for 1 (one) account. 1 account can buy Day 1 and Day 2 tickets (maximum 2 tickets each) using the same Presale Code. You can buy Day 1 and Day 2 tickets on different transactions. Please note that the number of tickets cannot be combined (e.g. buy 4 Day 1 tickets and not buy Day 2 tickets at all).
  • Once the Presale Code is used to purchase Day 1 tickets, it cannot be used to purchase Day 1 tickets again. However, it can still be used to buy Day 2 tickets. This condition also applies in vice versa. 
  • You can only choose the same category for each show day. However, the categories do not have to be the same for both show days. Example:
    • Day 1: 2 Pink category tickets (cannot be mixed with other categories)
    • Day 2: 2 Green category tickets (also cannot be mixed with other categories, but does not have to be the same as Day 1 tickets category)
  • All Presale codes are only valid on January 16 2023 (2PM – 11:59PM WIB) (while quota lasts) and will automatically expire after that period.
  • The ticket categories that you can order are those marked with “FANCLUB PRESALES only”. Please do not book any other ticket categories other than those already marked.

TICKET PURCHASE

  1. If I have a TREASURE MAKER Membership and MCP 2023 Membership, am I allowed to make a purchase on both FANCLUB PRESALES period and MCP Member ticket sales period?
    • You are allowed to make a purchase on both ticket sales period. However, specifically for BENEFIT PACKAGES ticket categories, you are only allowed to make a purchase of one of the packages at one of the ticket sales period (example: if you have purchased the PINK SEND OFF PACKAGE during the FANCLUB PRESALES, you are not allowed to purchase another BENEFIT PACKAGE (BLUE SOUNDCHECK or PINK SEND OFF) during MCP Member ticket sales period). ID check will be conducted during the lanyard redemption/priority entry to venue.
  2. If I have purchased one of the BENEFIT PACKAGES ticket categories for Show Day 1 during the FANCLUB PRESALES, am I allowed to purchase the BENEFIT PACKAGES ticket categories for Show Day 2 during the MCP MEMBER ticket sales period?
    • It is allowed. Please find the example of what is NOT allowed; If you have successfully purchased the PINK SEND OFF PACKAGE ticket for Show Day 1 during the FANCLUB PRESALES, you are not allowed to purchase another BENEFIT PACKAGE ticket category for Show Day 1 again during the MCP MEMBER ticket sales period. This policy also applies for Show Day 2 ticket purchase.
  3. As an MCP Member, am I allowed to purchase different ticket categories for Show Day 1 and Show Day 2?
    • No problem. You are allowed to purchase different ticket categories or even the same ticket category for Show Day 1 and Show Day 2.
